Where do we even start? Tom and crew made sure our wedding was special from start to finish. From our tasting to our wedding day, service definitely exceeded our expectations. We are foodies and weren’t sure a buffet dinner would be the right fit for us, but our guests agreed the food was top-notch! The day-of crew was also phenomenal and Georganne our maitre’d made sure we were well fed all night-such a sweetheart! Would recommend T&L to all!

We had my Mom 80th Birthday Party at the Grand in Linden. The staff was amazing from start to finish. The food was awesome we had enough for everyone and enough to have an after party. I will recommend T & L Catering for future catering and parties . Thanks T & L Catering Job well done

Great catering service from start to finish. Note that if your event is at James Ward you must use T&L Catering. Do not let that restriction keep you from booking with them. We enjoyed our contact with the owner Tom, head chef Leo, and assistant Pamela. Options were presented clearly. We had many questions along the way and T&L answered all of them promptly and courteously. Whenever they did not know something they told us who to go to. We were given sufficient time during the tasting process. Our guests really liked the food, especially the appetizers, steak, and pasta. They accommodated our cocktail creations; we provided the alcohol and other drink ingredients and recipes and they made them which guests also enjoyed. They helped us decide the exact table setting and it all came out looking great.

We worked with T& L catering recently and I could not be happier with how our celebration turned out. T&L Catering was flawless from beginning to end. Tom and Pam were super responsive and thoughtful with helping me choose our package. Stephanie was communicative and helpful throughout the entire planning process, and everything ran seamlessly during the party. Stacey was a fantastic bartender who kept things moving, and Maurice and Rob were both an absolute pleasure to work with. All of the food Rob put out was not only delicious but also beautifully plated. The setup was equally special, with detailed décor that truly elevated the event. What an A+ team! All of our guests raved about the food and the service. We will definitely be using your catering services again. Thank you for helping make the celebration so special!

This is our 4th time using T&L Catering at Monarch Hall and the service is always top notch! They are super reliable, communicate well, and are super attentive to all needs.

You were so quick to respond, Linda was so wonderful on the phone to confirm my payment, and Brittany (i'm so sorry if I am spelling her name incorrectly) was so professional, fast and amazing! The 30th surprise party was for my brother who lives in Rhode Island, but grew up in NJ. He is an executive chef at a very big country club. I knew the food I had to get should be amazing because my brother has a taste for the finer things. He was AMAZED at how good the chicken francaise was. He said it was way better than anything he has ever cooked up. Personally, I could not get enough of the stuffed pork loin and penne vodka. Highly recommend! All of our guests left knowing who we ordered from. We will for sure be ordering for our next event!

I used T&L catering for multiple events at my home. This time, we had them service my event at the James Ward Mansion. The food was delicious and the staff were amazing! They were very accommodating and my guests felt well taken care of it. Tom and his team are also extremely attentive and easy to get a hold of throughout the planning process. A friend recommended T&L Catering, this friend has been using them for all her family events and had all great things to say about them. I decided to do a bit of digging since I needed a catering company to use for one of our biggest school fundraisers. After contacting several catering companies, T&L Catering was great from beginning till end. It was a breakfast full of am delights, all breakfast was amazing. Not only would we use them for our school events/fundraisers again but I personally would use them for my family and friends events. Highly recommend, very professional, on time for food delivery and communication with Tom was always on point. Thank you so much T&L Catering.

Highly recommend this vendor. They beautifully executed our event at the James Ward Mansion. Everything from their catering staff's etiquette, support, and food was truly top notch. Starting from their office staff and management, Tom Tavalaro and Pam Tavalaro are a superb team to work with. Extremely responsive, easy to work with, organized, and know all the right questions to ask and ways to accommodate the couples they work with. For the day of the event: Jaci was such an amazing Maitre-d that stood by us throughout the night. She quickly integrated in with our other vendors and worked really well with our entertainment group, our DJ and Emcee, and even our families to help coordinate our activities throughout the evening.
